There are several ways to get quick support in Banqup, depending on what works best for you.
In your Banqup environment, you’ll find a blue round button with two chat bubbles at the bottom right. Click it to access two tabs: ‘Message’ and ‘Help’.
Message tab: Start a chat. Once you send a message, our advanced AI support bot immediately helps with answers to frequently asked questions and suggestions. If needed, our support team will take over to guide you personally, ensuring you get the help you need quickly.
Help tab: Here you’ll find an overview of our extensive help articles. For additional information, you can also visit our online Help Center.

Mention in the subject that you are an Agrovision client
Provide as much relevant information as possible, such as:
Your company name
VAT number
Space ID of your Banqup environment
Optionally, the link (URL) of the page where the issue occurs
