About Lithuania
As of 2019, Lithuania joined the Banqup Group team, formally known as the business Fitek.
The Lithuanian team offers both global and local solutions to the market. From global solutions such as Banqup, to local invoicing solutions that include payment, EDI and document management functionality.
The team is led by Country Manager Audrius Kirklys. With more than 20 years of experience in the automating and digitalising of invoice processes, Audrius can bring both his expertise and industry knowledge to the Lithuanian team and market.
Euroconnector
Euroconnector is a specialized data exchange tool designed to simplify e-invoicing specifically for the Lithuanian market. Developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, it removes technical barriers by automating the export of invoices from a seller’s accounting system directly to the buyer via the Peppol network. This solution eliminates manual work for accountants, as received invoices appear immediately with all data fields filled in the management system. It is designed for easy integration with existing business management software, requiring only a simple activation to start exchanging real e-invoices. Euroconnector ensures compliance with local requirements while streamlining the approval and registration process for businesses of all sizes.

Lithuania’s e-invoicing framework and digital reporting requirements
Electronic invoicing is mandatory for all B2G transactions in Lithuania via the SABIS platform. B2B e-invoicing remains voluntary, while businesses must comply with a 10-year archiving requirement for digital tax records.
