Your tasks |
- Technical support for ongoing projects
- Status updates for the client
- Cooperation with customer support department, problem solving
- Analysis and coordination of changes in projects
- Developing standards and procedures to support projects and the platform

It will be an advantage if |
- You have practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB
- You have practical knowledge of Postman, Jira, Confluence, AZURE, DevOps
- You have experience gained as part of the Service Desk / IT department
