Your tasks |
- Maintaining applications in a production environment (parameterization, configuration, support in analyzing and solving errors)
- Managing incidents related to the production operation of our solution - banqware platform
- Overseeing the operation of platform components
- Cooperating with the development team, analysts and the test team in the software development process
- Supporting functional / integration tests

- You have experience gained as part of the Service Desk / IT department
- You have practical knowledge of Windows system administration
- You have practical knowledge of HA and DR
- You have practical knowledge of remote access to systems and applications
- You know MongoDB
