FAQ

No. Domestic B2B electronic invoicing remains voluntary under Section 26(3) of the Czech VAT Act, and recipient consent is generally required. Separately, VAT payers must submit the electronic VAT Control Statement (Kontrolní hlášení) when the statutory reporting conditions are met. Legal entities generally report monthly, while natural persons follow their VAT reporting period. No statement is required for periods without relevant reportable transactions.
