Choose the accredited platform (Plateforme Agréée/PA, formerly PDP) created by chartered accountants for their clients
The e-invoicing mandate will require all French VAT-registered companies to issue and receive electronic invoices for all transactions with other VAT-registered entities established in France.
Following the DGFiP’s announcement on October 15, 2024, regarding the withdrawal of the PPF (Public Invoicing Portal) as an e-invoicing platform, companies must now register with an accredited platform (Plateforme Agréée/PA), formerly known as a Partner Dematerialisation Platform or PDP), of their choice to comply with the e-invoicing requirements.
Accredited platforms (Plateformes Agréées/PA) are certified platforms managed by private service providers. They serve several critical roles: issuing, transmitting, and receiving electronic invoices, as well as reporting billing, transaction, and payment data to the tax authorities. These platforms are officially approved by the French government for a renewable three-year term. Choosing the right accredited platform (Plateforme Agréée/PA) is therefore a strategic priority.
In light of these changes, ECMA is committed to supporting accounting firms and their clients through this digital transition by offering its own accredited platform: jefacture.com.
