Banqup Group signs exclusive partnership with Hrvatski Telekom to power e-invoicing for Croatian market

12.06.2025 - Banqup Group is proud to announce a major strategic milestone in Croatia, further solidifying its leadership in business digitalization across Europe. Banqup Group has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Hrvatski Telekom to deliver e-invoicing and financial administration services to the Croatian SME market.

Under this exclusive agreement, Banqup will be integrated as a core component of Croatia Telecom’s business telecom packages and offered to the Croatian SME market across the country. This collaboration marks a significant expansion of Banqup’s reach and capabilities in the region, enabling Croatian businesses to simplify their financial processes ahead of new national e-invoicing mandates.

As part of the partnership:

  • Banqup will be fully embedded within Hrvatski Telekom’s service offering for business customers.

  • Activation is simple and fully compliant, requiring only a digital certificate from FINA (the Croatian Financial Agency).

  • All existing e-invoicing customers of Hrvatski Telekom will be migrated to the Banqup platform, benefiting from its enhanced digital capabilities.

This agreement comes at a pivotal moment. The Government of Croatia has announced mandatory B2B e-invoicing regulations taking effect in January 2026. By acting early, Banqup Group and Hrvatski Telekom are uniquely positioned to support businesses with a seamless transition, helping them remain compliant while unlocking the benefits of digital invoicing and administration.

“This partnership is a strong validation of our vision to deliver smart, accessible financial solutions for SMEs. “We’re proud to work alongside Hrvatski Telekom in supporting the country’s digital transformation, and we look forward to helping thousands of businesses thrive in a more efficient, paperless economy.”

Nicolas de Beco, CEO of Banqup Group

This strategic collaboration reinforces Banqup Group’s continued expansion across Europe and its ambition to become the leading provider of e-invoicing and financial digitalization solutions for SMEs, accountants, and enterprises.
