Tessi strengthens its international e-invoicing and CTC coverage through a strategic partnership with Banqup

La Hulpe, Belgium – Jan 22, 2026 – Banqup Group SA, formerly Unifiedpost Group SA, (Banqup, Company), a leading provider of integrated business communications solutions, announced a new strategic partnership to provide Tessi, a leading European provider of Business Process Outsourcing and digital solutions with international e-invoicing compliance services.

Through its platform DIGITAL INVOICE by Tessi, a government-approved platform supporting the upcoming French e-invoicing reform effective September 1st, 2026, Tessi supports Finance Departments in securing compliance for both customer and supplier invoices, while accelerating the digitalisation of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Tessi extends this compliance framework beyond France and addresses international regulatory diversity following strong customer demand. To achieve this, Tessi relies on Banqup’s CTC (Continuous Transaction Control) services, ensuring local regulatory alignment in countries where clearance or real-time reporting models apply.

Banqup’s CTC services will complement Tessi’s platform by providing seamless connectivity and regulatory expertise tailored to specific local jurisdictions, ensuring that multinational organisations can rely on a consistent, scalable, and compliant approach to electronic invoicing across borders.

François QUAIS, Director of e-Invoicing Business Unit of Tessi: “While Tessi maintains its strong position in the French market, this partnership enables the Group to leverage its expertise to support multinational companies facing global CTC mandates. Our clients require a partner who can provide a single, scalable solution for their e-invoicing needs globally.”
Nicolas de Beco, CEO of Banqup Group: "We are proud to be selected as Tessi’s strategic partner of choice, supporting their ambition to manage international e-invoicing for corporate clients. This collaboration underscores our capabilities in meeting the intricate compliance requirements of international markets. We look forward to helping Tessi expand this valuable service to additional countries."
