With an extensive background in technology, business development, and operations, Chrystèle Dumont brings a wealth of experience to Banqup Group. Before joining the company, she held leadership positions at Microsoft, where she served as Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Emerging Markets and later as Chief of Staff to the President of Western Europe. Most recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Longevity Partners, driving operational excellence and growth across the region.

Based in Paris, Chrystèle will lead Banqup Group’s revenue strategy across Europe. Her appointment comes at a crucial time as e-invoicing mandates reshape the European business landscape. She will play a key role in helping companies navigate these changes and leverage Banqup Group’s digital solutions for compliance and efficiency.
